XRC’s Brand Capital Fund is dedicated to supporting consumer brands.

In partnership with SHOPLINE, a leading global commerce platform, we’re offering an average of $20-$50K in non-dilutive capital to help early-stage CPG founders grow, scale, and level up their e-commerce game.

If you're a CPG brand generating less than $15M in revenue and you’re ready to scale, this is for you. Applications for cohort 2 are open! PROGRAM CRITERIA

 
Virtual Program - Flexible workshops and 1:1 office hours.

Join us in person in Los Angeles for the kick-off and closing events.

Allocating up to 15 grants to early-stage CPG founders.

Program offered to DTC-first consumer brands with an eye on scaling or expanding internationally.

Must be post launch with less than $15M in annual revenue.

Must be willing to migrate your e-commerce platform to SHOPLINE. Remember, we essentially do all of that for you, and you get all of the savings!

When does the application close?

  • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Who is eligible to apply? (Company type, annual revenue, company location)

  • Great brand founders that are building awesome CPG brands that are post-launch with less than $15M in annual revenue.

What is the application and selection process?

  • Complete the application and attach a company overview deck, that’s it.

  • If you're selected as a top finalist, you'll have an interview with a panel of judges from the XRC and SHOPLINE teams.

  • We will also ask for a few documents to verify traction and eligibility.

Are there restrictions on how to use the non-dilutive capital once allocated?

  • It’s intended for growth only, and we will prioritize founders who can clearly articulate how they’re using the grant to take their business to the next level. Whether you’re using it to do a long-awaited brand refresh or investing funds to test ads, so long as it's used for growth initiatives (vs. repaying debt), we’re excited to fund these projects!

How much non-dilutive capital will we receive?

  • The grant is based proportionately on the size, stage, and growth of the company, especially ones with demonstrated traction on e-commerce. 

  • Companies with <$500K of revenue will receive grant amounts on the lower-end of the range, while companies closer to $10M of revenue may receive up to a $100K+ grant.

If selected, how does the transfer to SHOPLINE work?

  • Just 30-minute weekly check-ins for approval and feedback - think of them as a full-service agency working on your behalf.

  • SHOPLINE’s dedicated team will also provide customized guidance to help you integrate your current tech stack and leverage their tools, so your team can hit the ground running and drive improved performance.

Which platforms can SHOPLINE migrate from and which third-party apps do they currently integrate with?

  • Platform migrations: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, AdobeCommerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce, Wix, Ecwid and 100+ more!

  • Third-party apps: Klaviyo, EasyShip, EasyPost, ShipHero, ShipStation, J&J Global 3PL, Stripe Payments / StripeTax, Gorgias and more!

What should I expect from the Program?

  • Cohort 2 will kick off in early May 2026.

  • XRC will offer fundraising advice and will introduce you to investors, mentors, and vendors that specialize in CPG.

  • We’ll also host select workshops and peer-to-peer sessions with like-minded founders to help you grow.

What is the cost difference between SHOPLINE and Shopify?

  • With SHOPLINE, you typically save 30%-50% each month. Resulting in $15K - $50K per year, depending on your scale.

Does SHOPLINE support sales in other countries?

  • Yes, SHOPLINE is a global e-commerce platform supporting transactions across multiple countries.

Will our subscribers also be seamlessly transferred over?

  • Yes, SHOPLINE’s migration team will partner with you to ensure all of your subscribers are migrated to the new website seamlessly with no disruption to your customers’ experience.

Is it obligatory to transfer over to SHOPLINE?

  • Yes — to receive the full grant amount, recipients must transfer to SHOPLINE, which is often a fraction of the cost of Shopify for comparable services.
