Michael Chang is the CEO and Co-founder of Nefaire. He leads digital product efforts, branding and marketing. Michael previously worked in private equity at Roark Capital Group, an $18B consumer-focused LBO shop, and macro-hedgefund Bridgewater Associates.

Wen-Chen Chiu is the COO and Co-founder of Nefaire where she leads operations and finance. Wen previously spent over a decade as a manager at macro-hedgefund Bridgewater Associates, and previously held operational and finance roles at HP and JP Morgan Chase. Wen is also an NYC and CT licensed esthetician.
