XRC acquired Joymode (a DTC rental marketplace SaaS solution for non-apparel items that consumers did not need or could not afford to own) for $75K in 2020. Going forward, XRC will relaunch Joymode as RentalsFuture (interim name), pivoting the focus to the B2B market as a white label solution for retailers that offers full end-to-end Rental Platform as a service.
