Dean is a data privacy entrepreneur & advocate. He was employee #1 at a programmatic creative software company called RADS, which he grew from concept to exit. He then went to Rodale to lead their programmatic business and start their data monetization practice. Rodale was acquired by Hearst, where Dean started the largest media-data co-op, uniting the internal data infrastructure between the Magazines, Newspapers and Television group, along with joint ventures including A+E and Complex.
And for more fun background, Dean started an entertainment company in college called Festivus that featured an annual mud-themed music festival.

A software enthusiast for 10+ years, Emery has built products used by F500 brands, experiences visited by 200m+/month, and consulted with top-tier brands and their technology use. Past experiences include working for AT&T, Synacor, Tempurpedic, and Shake Shack. A lifelong entrepreneur, in 2018, Emery started his own digital agency to consult on a wide array of technology needs, where he built out custom data monetization tools for recruiters of F500 brands.
