Drew Lederman started working in the CPG space as a copywriter, email marketer, social media manager, and content creator for brands like Thesis and Chix Soup Co. She has polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and struggled to find a bar that didn't mess with her hormones or give her a fast blood sugar spike. When she met her co-founder Emily at NYU, they launched Resist.

Emily Cohen has a master’s degree Food Studies, Nutrition and Entrepreneurship from NYU. She previously worked for Cocojune and other food startups in brand partnerships and marketing. She has a passion for sustainability, non-toxic living, and bettering the world through the power of food.
