Adam Siegel is currently an entrepreneur building a circular fashion business. Formerly, he was Senior Vice President of Innovation, Research, & Sustainability at the Retail Industry Leaders Association, where he led RILA’s (R)Tech Center for Innovation and Retail Sustainability Initiative, along with its research offerings. His role at RILA was to accelerate the next phase of innovation and growth for traditional consumer brands, given disruptive trends like internet and mobile shopping, 3D printing, social media, demographic shifts, changing consumption patterns, new retail models, and big data, and to enhance the industry's sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

An engineer with an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, Siegel previously consulted for numerous companies in the retail, transportation, and energy sectors. He has experience with government and nonprofits like Environmental Defense Fund, where he worked with the private equity firm KKR and their portfolio companies.
